CHARACTER NOTES 15-SECOND SUMMARY: Abe has a very particular set of skills and knowledge and when you put them all together it leads to a very badly-socialized teenage boy who motherfuckin' loves baseball. He's impatient, highly analytical, and can be a little too blunt (and obliviously insensitive) when talking to other people. ...He's also a huge motherhen, which unfortunately, when combined with the former, can make him come across as a bossy jerk who can't mind his own business to the people that he actually likes, given that he communicates 0% of the fact that 100% of his actions are driven by concern. For people that he's not close to, he's not exactly UNfriendly-- he can smalltalk, joke and shoot the shit like any other teenager-- but IS very goal-driven, and historically that's led to a lack of real investment in his relationships and the people around him that folks can sometimes sense in his attitude. However! As he's come to realize that He's The Problem in a lot of his relationships, he is getting better at actually communicating his feelings for other people and taking the time to actually get to know people, instead of only getting to know them as far as they can be useful in the pursuit of his goals. BASICALLY: he's a cranky nerd that doesn't know how to make friends but thinks, that like, maybe??? that MIGHT be nice????? NOTABLE FEATURES: Totally normal kid! He can be loud and has a temper??
